OBJECTS
The principal object of the Union shall be
to regulate relations between members and relevant educational and employing
authorities for the following purposes:
- To promote good industrial relations between members
and the relevant educational and employing authorities;
- To improve the service and working conditions
of members or enhance their economic and social status;
- To achieve the raising of productivity for the
benefit of members, the relevant educational and employing authorities,
and the economy of Singapore.
