If there is
a change in your particulars, please update your STU Membership Records.
Some Examples:
Change in your address
Change in your telephone/handphone number
Have been posted to a new school (New posting for NIE graduates
or transfer for existing Education Officers) (Please also let us
know your effective date of posting)
Change in Designation (E.g. Promoted to Head of Department for
Science)
Change in Service Status (E.g. On No-Pay Child Care Leave, No-Pay
Study Leave, Retirement etc) (Please also let us know effective
date/period)
You can update the Union about the change in
your particulars in the following ways: 1) Print out the Updating of Particulars Form, complete it and return
it to us.
2) Email our Membership Department about the change in your particulars.

Subject: Updating of Particulars,
Name as in NRIC,
NRIC or CPO Number,
Contact Details and
the change in Particulars
